Getting to Toruń
Plane
The biggest international airport in Poland is the Warsaw Chopin airport, located about 250 km away from Toruń. Apart Warsaw Chopin airport, there are many other airports in cities around Toruń. Two very convenient airports are Poznan-Ławica and Gdansk Lech Walesa, while one of the closest is Bydgoszcz airport.
Train
It is very easy to reach Toruń by train from anywhere in Poland, or even neighbouring countries. You can book train tickets on, e.g. koleo.pl or intercity.pl. There are several train stations in Toruń, but we recommend getting down either at Toruń Glowny (Toruń Main station), or Toruń Miasto (a smaller train station, close to Toruń old town).
Bus
Toruń has an intercity bus station, so you can reach Toruń also by bus, for example using Flixbus or Arriva. The bus station is very close to Toruń Old Town and only 5 min walk from the Faculty of Physics, Astronomy and Informatics.
